Tickets in the UL app

As a corporate costumer, you can order voucher codes that can be redeemed in the UL app. It is a convenient option if you want to be able to hand out digital tickets to other people. You will receive the voucher codes in an Excel file via email within 5 working days of submitting an order via the form below. You can then distribute the voucher codes however you want to the people who will use them.

Validity

The voucher codes can be used within 6 months and the ticket is activated immediately when it is redeemed in the UL app. The tickets are valid for travel with City buses, Regional buses, Mälartåg between Uppsala–Sala, Uppsala–Gävle and Uppsala–Arlanda/Märsta, as well as the SL commuter train between Uppsala–Knivsta–Arlanda. Travel to/from Arlanda

When traveling by bus 801 and 880, you need a period ticket or a special single ticket called "75-minute ticket to/from Arlanda by bus". That single ticket cannot be ordered as a voucher code.

When traveling by train to/from Arlanda C, a passage fee is added for people aged 18 and over. That fee is paid in the lock at Arlanda.
