Here are answers to some common questions we at customer service often get.
Where can I travel with a 75-minute ticket?
You can travel with UL buses, Mälartåg to/from Arlanda/Märsta, Gävle and Sala as well as SL commuter trains between Arlanda and Uppsala. The exception is line 801 and 880 to/from the Arlanda area, where it is required that you have a 75-minute ticket to/from Arlanda by bus or a period ticket valid for 24 hours or longer.
Why can't I send my ticket in the UL app?
You can only send UL's period tickets that are valid for 24h or longer and non-activated 75-minute tickets. The ticket can be sent once per 12-hour period, i.e at least 12h must have passed since the ticket was last sent.
I can’t buy a ticket in the UL-app, why?
You must be logged in to the UL app to be able to buy tickets. Make sure that you have the latest version of the app and phone software. If you still have problems buying tickets, you can contact UL Customer service.
Where do I register my UL card for loss guarantee?
Why can´t I see all departures in the travel planner?
The travel planner presents the fastest journey for the route you have searched for. You can specify the search result by removing or adding different modes of transport.
I lost something on the bus. Can you contact the bus driver?
If you lose your school card you should block it as soon as possible. A new school card will then be sent to your registered address within seven business days. In the meantime, you have to buy tickets to travel. Report the loss of your school card.
Can I activate a ticket in the UL app at a later time?
When buying certain tickets in the UL app you can choose if the ticket should be activated right away or at a later time within 60 days.
