Here are answers to some common questions we at customer service often get.
Where can I travel with a 75-minute ticket?
You can travel with UL buses, Mälartåg to/from Arlanda/Märsta, Gävle and Sala as well as SL commuter trains between Arlanda and Uppsala. The exception is line 801 and 880 to/from the Arlanda area, where it is required that you have a 75-minute ticket to/from Arlanda by bus or a period ticket valid for 24 hours or longer.
What kind of ticket do I need to travel between Uppsala and Stockholm?
To travel between Uppsala and Stockholm with the SL commuter train, you need both a UL and an SL ticket. Read more about tickets.
Is my school card valid during the autumn holidays?
Yes, the school card is valid Monday-Friday between 4 a.m. and 7 p.m. during the autumn holiday week 44.

What does the weekend discount mean?
During weekends and holidays, if you are over 18 years old, you can bring up to 6 children from 7 years old up to and including 11 years old at no extra cost. The weekend discount applies from Friday at 12.00 to Sunday at 24.00 and during public holidays. Read more about the weekend discount.
Why can't I send my ticket in the UL app?
You can only send UL's period tickets that are valid for 24h or longer and non-activated 75-minute tickets. The ticket can be sent once per 12-hour period, i.e at least 12h must have passed since the ticket was last sent.
