Register your UL card for loss guarantee

To take part of the loss guarantee, you need to register your UL card before you lose it. The loss guarantee only applies if the card contains at least SEK 50 in travel funds or has five days left on a season ticket. You block a registered UL card yourself after logging into your account. You then need to order a replacement card, which you can find in the right-hand column of the page. The new card costs you nothing and we will send it within five working days.

Please note that the page is not mobile-friendly. You need to use a computer when registering and reporting the loss of your UL card.

How to create an account and register your UL card for loss guarantee

  1. Click on the link “Register for loss guarantee” below.
  2. Under the heading Register, click on the button “Register”.
  3. Fill in all your details in the form and click on the button “Register new account” at the bottom of the page. Make sure you have written the same email address in both columns.
  4. You will now receive a link sent to your email address. Verify your account by clicking on that link.

Now you can register your UL card for loss guarantee. Do this:

  1. Go to ul.se, select Customer service -> Damaged or lost UL card? -> Register UL card and click on the link “Register for loss guarantee”.
  2. Under Log in – fill in your email address and password.
  3. Select Add UL card (green plus at the top of the page).
  4. Enter your card number. It is on the back of the card and consists of 13 digits.
  5. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  6. Done! Your UL card is now registered. Should you lose the card, you can block it and order a new one. To block the card, log in under the link "To loss guarantee", then click on the card that you want to report as lost and click on "block card". To order a new card, you need to click on "order replacement card, click here" which you will find in the right column
